The Board of Directors is responsible for making significant decisions regarding the business and affairs of NOVA Chemicals and establishes the overall policies and standards for the Corporation. The Board of Directors and the committees of the Board meet on a regularly scheduled basis. In addition, communication between the directors and management occurs apart from regularly scheduled Board and committee meetings.
