Adobe recently upgraded its Acrobat Reader software. You will need version 6.0 to open our most recent financial documents. You can download the free software here.

Choose a document to download. Some documents give you the option to print the entire document or smaller sections. Note: Depending on the speed of your connection, you may choose to download the entire Annual Report as a single file or in smaller sections. Download the full PDF Annual Report if you are using a high-speed connection; download individual sections if you are using a modem.

When the downloading process is completed, start the Adobe Acrobat Reader application and open the file. Note: For optimal printing of these PDF files, select "shrink to fit" in the Adobe Acrobat Reader print dialog box.
