Expanding Channel to Market for the COSMO™ Collapsible Container System

Inspirion Ventures Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of NOVA Chemicals Inc., today announced the formation of a distribution network to support its growing COSMO™ Collapsible Container System business.
The network will allow experts in given market spaces the ability to market and sell the lightweight, collapsible container solution for use in a variety of applications. Network members will participate as either a distributor or a commissioned representative, which will allow member companies to enhance their market potential by differentiating their product offerings in untapped areas. This in turn allows Inspirion to enhance the market reach of COSMO by leveraging experts in given markets or regions around the world.
Currently Inspirion Ventures has signed agreements with four companies:
Universal Package Systems – a manufacturer of reusable plastic and metal bulk containers, custom dimension cut and weld containers, hand totes, dunnage and pallets, including new and reconditioned units, as well as custom designed material handling solutions will be a distributor for COSMO Container.
Northeast Rescue Systems – a distributor of high-quality equipment and protective gear servicing the fire, first response and hazardous material industries will be a distributor for COSMO Container.
EIT Ltd. – a consulting firm to the oil and gas related industries in Canada will be a commissioned representative for COSMO Container.
RJR Consulting – an international consulting firm that specializes in providing clients with product, technology and manufacturing solutions, market research and strategic planning assistance, regulatory and environmental management, along with contract/grant writing development will be a distributor for COSMO Container.
COSMO collapsible containers are a lightweight and collapsible container solution designed for a variety of purposes. Durable and long lasting, COSMO Collapsible Containers deliver a portable multi-functional solution for a number of markets including moving and storage, military, first response and building and construction.
